Q: What is the Adrenaline app doing to my phone?
A: Adrenaline for the G1 mobile phone accelerates and secures your web traffic on the 3G and Edge Networks. We ensure your privacy and shield your phone and IP address from a variety of internet threats.
Q. How does it Accelerate my phone?
A. We use different algorithms such as "compression" and "caching" to speed up your Mobile phone
Q. How does it secure my phone?
A. Your IP address conveys a lot of information about you, even who you are and where you live.
B. The app protects you from criminals who would steal your identity. It masks your IP and keeps you invisible on the Internet.
C. Browsing is fully encrypted your surfing is completely invisible no matter where you go on the Web. Every page you visit, every search you do, even every instant message you send is protected by strong encryption though the G1 web browser.
Q: Can websites track my location and other information while I am using the app?
A: No.Your location and private information are encrypted so tracking scripts or sites on the internet will not be able to capture your data.
Q. The G1 Android web browser does not work anymore?
A. You must start the Adrenaline app first before using the G1 Android web browser in order for it to work. If Adrenaline is not first turned on and you try to connect to the web the connection will be blocked for your security. Please start Adrenaline first.
Q. Does Adrenaline work on Wifi?
A. Currently it does not work with Wifi connections, we are waiting for Google to allow wifi proxy settings which will then en able our app to work even on wifi connections.
Q. Does your app read our information?
A. No. We only speed up and secure your data.
Q. Is there malware or spyware built into your app?
A. No. There is no malware or spyware built into the app. We prevent that sort of data.
Q. Can you make the price cheaper then 29.99, it is a lot?
A. It is not the app you are paying for it is the service or bandwidth and as we all know bandwidth is expensive
Q. I cannot install the app it keeps failing, what do I do?
A. Google market place is not perfect and when you are in a bad cell area it does not download correctly. Please try to find a wifi connection just to download the app. It will take only a few secs, or find a good 3G network area to download the app.
Q. The app freezes and it says "Adrenaline cannot connect" what do I do?
A. If you see this screen you must click "back" and try again in an area that has better cell connectivity.
